FollowUps Settings in kit19
- Go to Main Menu < Settings < Sales & Marketing < Sales Activities < Followup Settings
- Open followup setting page and then you will be seeing some default followups such as Call-back, dead lead etc.
To add more followups click on add more button.
- Enter Followup name then choose type of followup i.e. Positive , Negative or Neutral
- Choose is callback if followup status is callback type.
- Choose is converted if required then click
