How to create new users in kit19?
Step 1:
Login into kit19 and navigate to Roles from Main Menu < Tools < Telephony < Roles.
Step 2:
Click on the ‘+’ icon on the top right corner.
Step 3:
Validate the Mobile Number. Make sure it is not existing in CRM already. After validating fill username, firstname, lastname and email address.
Step 4:
Click on Register once all information is filled
