Template Carousel of Whatsapp Business Platform in KIT19

Carousel templates in the WhatsApp Business Platform are a rich messaging format that allows businesses to send interactive messages containing multiple cards in a horizontal scrollable layout. Each card can include:

  • An image
  • Title
  • Description
  • A call-to-action button (like “Visit website”, “Call now”, etc.)

    • Up to 10 cards per message
    • Users can scroll horizontally

How to create Carousel Template in KIT19

  • Go to Main Menu > Whatsapp Business Platform > More > Templates
  • Click in ‘+’ icon at the Top Right Corner of the page to create a new template
  • Enter name of template in small letters and without space ( we cannot use special character except underscore ( _ ).
  • Select category, language and then template type.
  • There are three types of template we can create. Select Carousal from the given options.
  • Click on Body and type your message content.
  • After typing your body content click on Carousel to insert carousel cards.
  • Select image/ video for header then type body content and add buttons as per your requirement
  • Now click on apply.
  • To add another card click on add card again to add more cards.
