Desktop Calling Feature
First need To be sent mail for the whitelisting IP address to dctac .
NOTE : It’s will take few days from the Whitelist the IP Address.
- Login to Client Panel and Search Agent mapping.
- Click on Agent mapping for third party IVR integration.
Endpoint Settings:
- There are two tabs: Basic Settings and Agent Settings.
- Click on the “Agent Settings”.
- A dropdown menu is visible, allowing the selection of different configurations like “VOXBAY,” “CloudShope,” “Mobile Like Number,” and “Kit19 80.”
- Simply Click on the “Kit19 80”.
Agent Settings Section:
- Displays a table with details about different agents/users.
- Columns include:
- Username: Shows unique identifiers for each user.
- Number: Placeholder for extension numbers, enter user id number.
- Mobile No: Placeholder for mobile numbers, enter registered mobile number which associate with kit19.
- Default Caller: Dropdown menu for selecting a caller, select the Tollfree number which customer needs to use.
- Default Device: Dropdown menu for selecting a device, select the Ext. No.
- Is Active: Toggle switch (currently inactive for all users).
- Action: Edit icon for making changes to user settings.
- Configure Default Setting
- Open a new tab and paste: https://kit19.com/UserCRMCampaign/VOIP/voipIntegration.aspx.

Configure Call Settings of Kit19 :
- Incoming Calls: Set up how calls are received and assigned.
- Outgoing Calls: Choose a telephony provider and configure caller IDs.
Note : After set-up this configuration just login on Zoiper5 and you can test this by clicking on number when call landing it’s showing like this, Image mentioned Below.
