Follow- Ups
Follow-ups refer to scheduled interactions with leads, prospects, or existing customers to maintain engagement, build relationships, and drive conversions. These follow-ups can be done via email, phone calls, text messages, or meetings and are crucial for nurturing potential customers through the sales funnel.
Check existing Follow-ups Steps 1 :- Open Follow-ups
Once click on the Follow-ups the next page is open which will show the all-existing follow- ups like the below screenshot.
Steps 2 :-
Here in this page there are 4 options to check the follow-ups,
- Overdue
Overdue follow-ups occur when a scheduled interaction with a lead or customer is missed or delayed beyond the planned date. - Due today
Follow-ups that are “Due Today” refer to scheduled interactions that need to be completed before the end of the day. - Scheduled
A scheduled follow-up refers to a planned interaction (call, email, meeting, or message) set for a future date to maintain engagement with a lead, prospect, or customer. These follow- ups ensure that no opportunities are missed and relationships are nurtured effectively. - No Follow-up
If a lead, prospect, or customer has no follow-ups scheduled, it means there are no planned interactions for that contact. This can be a missed opportunity, as regular engagement is key to conversions and customer retention.
To check any of those one just click on the checkbox to see the details accordingly.
