Probing questions
Directly – If the customer seems comfortable and easy to talk to.
Indirectly – Ask indirect probing questions i.e. How do you track your employees on field/office.? Going ahead you can ask how many are on field and how many are in office. This will give you an idea regarding the number of employees.
How do you get leads and shortlist them for further processing? This will give you an idea if the client is using any software and whether it is automated or not.
Try understanding the pain areas. Suggest how it can be addressed by Kit19. Brief about our product addressing the pain areas and telling them briefly other modules that we have.
Guide them to take the Demo for better understanding. Fix up a specific time for the Demo.
Enter the Demo fix entry into CRM only if a specific time has been decided. If the client is not sure about when, then keep it as followup and not Demo fixed.
Try understanding how much time the client would be able to decide on implementation if they like our software.
Real estate
How to Search Google or other portals for generating enquiries.
Keywords are most important.
General searches may not fetch desired results
Just calling on general searches like ‘real estate players in ‘region’ may not be fruitful.
Use specific location, segment searches i.e Residential promoters in region, Commercial building construction companies/contractors. Real estate websites can be used to get the names of various promoters and then company search can be conducted in google.

Positive – Always be positive and sound positive. Be enthusiastic on calls. Calls sounding lethargic will never get a good response.
Don’t interrupt – Never interrupt customers in a hurry to explain your product. Frequent interruptions may frustrate customers and prevent them from listening to the information being shared by you. Listen to them patiently to understand needs.
Probe – Probe instead of asking direct questions which may irate customers. Asking right questions/probing would give the desired results.
