The Digital Identity section allows users to create a social page (Landing Page) for clients who do not have one.
- Navigation to Digital Identity
- Click on the Menu Icon.
- Navigate to Marketing.
- Select Digital Identity from the dropdown.
- Creating a Landing Page
- Click on the Plus (+) Icon.
- A popup will appear from the top.
- Enter the Microsite Name in the provided field.
- Click Check Availability to verify if the name is available.
- If the name is available, additional options appear:
- SMS (optional)
- Email (optional)
- Notify Me (optional)
- Profile (optional)
- Click the Save Landing Page button to finalize the creation.
- Editing the Microsite
- After saving, locate the newly created Landing Page.
- Click on the Settings (Gear) Icon next to the landing page name.
- Select Edit Microsite from the dropdown menu.
- A new Page Builder Interface will open.
- Use the drag-and-drop elements to design the landing page as per your requirements.
- Customize using available features like:
- Grid System
- Design Elements
- Form Elements

Finalizing the Page
- Click Preview to review the landing page.
- Click Save once satisfied with the design.

Sending Mail
- Click on Marketing in the left navigation menu.
- Click on Promotion.
- Click on Mail.Navigation to Send Mail
- Select Send Mail.
Send Mail Page Overview
Once on the Send Mail page, you will find the following fields:
- From Email: (Do not modify)
- Reply To: (Do not modify)
- Choose Recipient Category (Dropdown options):
- Email or Emails
- Groups or Groups (Not Mandatory)
- CSV
- Subject: Enter the subject of your email.
- Text Box: Enter the content of your email.
- Click on the Send Mail button to send the email.
Scheduling Mail
- Click on Marketing in the left navigation menu.
- Click on Promotion.
- Click on Mail.Navigation to Schedule Mail
- Select Scheduled Mail.
Scheduled Mail Page Overview
The Scheduled Mail feature is similar to the Send Mail process but with an additional field:
Schedule Date and Time: Choose the date and time to send the mail.
After filling in all the necessary fields, click on the Schedule Mail button to queue the email for the selected date and time.
