Enquiry Management Section:
- Users can access the Enquiries tab under the Sales module to manage incoming enquiries efficiently.
- The interface allows the user to:
- Filter, search, and sort
- View enquiry details, including:
- Name, Contact Number, and Email ID
- Creation Date and Time
- Remarks or Additional Notes
- Enquiry Type (e.g., Lead, Prospect)
- Created By (User who added the enquiry)
2. Key Functionalities:
- Search Bar: Quickly locate specific enquiries using keywords or filters.
- Custom Filter Set: Apply advanced filters to refine displayed results.
- Add New Field on Header: Customize the enquiry table by adding additional fields.
- Show All Data: Displays all available enquiries without active filters.
- Create Custom Field: Add new custom fields to capture specific details as per business needs.
- Create New Enquiries: Add fresh enquiries with ease using the “+” button.
3. Navigation and Controls:
- The left-side panel provides seamless access like Custom Field, Add Enquiries, Import and Export Enquiries.
- The top-right section includes features for sorting, refreshing, and adding new fields.
4. Visual Enhancements Based on the Image:
- The interface contains clearly labeled icons for quick accessibility:
- Filter Icon: Enables data refinement based on predefined parameters.

Inquiries Detail Page :
1. Basic Details
This section displays the fundamental information about the enquiry, including:
- Profile Picture & Name: The enquirer’s name and associated profile picture.
- Contact Information: Phone number and email ID.
- Lead Number: A unique identifier for the lead.
2. Other Details
- Enquiry ID: A system-generated unique ID for tracking.
- Source: The origin of the enquiry (e.g., referrals, social media, website forms, etc.).
- Campaign: The campaign under which the enquiry was generated.
- Residential & Office Address: If provided, addresses will be listed.
- Creation Details:
- Created On: Date and time of enquiry creation.
- Medium: The channel through which the enquiry was received (e.g., Microsite, Call, Social Media, etc.).
- Created By: The user who created the enquiry record.
3. Activity Logs & Interaction History
This section tracks all actions taken on the enquiry, such as:
- Whatsapp Chat Log: Logs of messages exchanged via WhatsApp.
- Calls: Records of telephonic conversations.
- Meetings: Scheduled or completed meetings related to the enquiry.
- Physical Appointments: In-person meeting details.
- Webform Submissions: Data submitted via web forms.
- Action History: Any changes made to the enquiry, such as being added or removed from communication channels.
4. Quick Actions Panel (Right Sidebar)
The right-hand side panel provides quick action buttons for engaging with the enquiry:
- Add or Merge Leads: Enables users to merge duplicate enquiries into a single lead or add a new lead.
- SMS: Send an SMS directly to the enquirer for quick communication.
- Mail: Email the enquirer with relevant details, proposals, or responses.
- Send Voice: Allows users to send pre-recorded or real-time voice messages to the enquirer.
- WhatsApp: Provides direct integration with WhatsApp to send messages instantly.
- Create Meeting: Schedule meetings with the enquirer and log them for follow-ups.
- Add Physical Appointment: Log a face-to-face appointment for personalized interaction.
