To access the Leads section in Kit19:
- From the Dashboard, go to the left-side navigation panel.
- Click on Sales to expand the menu.
- Select the Leads
KEY FUNCTIONALITIES:
- To See All Data:
- Displays the complete list of leads.
- Click the circular arrow icon to refresh and view all the lead data.
- To Search for a Lead:
- Helps you find specific leads by name, contact, or other details.
- Click the magnifying glass icon, enter the search term, and press Enter.
- To Search Data Using Custom Field:
- Filters leads based on custom attributes.
- Click the filter icon, select the desired field, and apply the filter.
- To Add a New Field on Header:
- Customizes the table by adding new data fields.
- Click the table icon, choose the fields you want, and add them to the header.
- To Add a Custom Field:
- Creates new fields for additional lead information.
- Click the wrench icon, define the field name and type, and save it.
- To Create a Fresh Lead:
- Allows you to add new lead information manually.
- Click the plus icon (+), fill in the details, and save.
- To Import or Export Lead Data:
- Enables bulk import/export of lead information.
- Click the import/export icon, select the action, and follow the prompts.
- To Add Filteration:
- Enables you to refine your lead list using filters.
- Click the green funnel icon on the left panel, select filter criteria (e.g., status, date, assigned user, medium, source, etc.), and apply.

- Lead No.:
- Unique identifier for the lead (e.g., Lead No.: 3).
- Use: Helps in tracking and referencing leads easily.
- Source:
- Indicates how the lead was acquired (e.g., Friends).
- Use: Identifies effective lead generation channels.
- Campaign:
- Marketing campaign associated with the lead (e.g., Default).
- Use: Tracks lead origin and measures campaign performance.
- Created On:
- Date and time the lead was created (e.g., 02 Mar 2025, 14:12:29).
- Use: Monitors lead age and tracks response times.
- Medium:
- Platform used to generate the lead (e.g., Microsite).
- Use: Provides insights into lead acquisition channels.
- Created By:
- User who created the lead (e.g., CodeWithAbdur).
- Use: Tracks lead ownership and assigns accountability.
- Residential Address:
- Field for residential address (empty in the image).
- Use: Stores location details for future reference.
- Office Address:

- Add Followup:

- Add Physical Appointment:
- Schedules in-person meetings with the lead.
- Click to specify the date, time, and location.
- Merge Leads:
- Combines duplicate or related leads.
- Click, select leads, and confirm the merge.
- SMS:
- Sends a text message to the lead.
- Click, compose the message, and send.
- Mail:
- Sends an email to the lead.
- Click, enter the subject, body, and send.
- Send Voice:
- Sends a pre-recorded or live voice message.
- Click, select the voice option, and send.
- WhatsApp:
- Sends a message via WhatsApp directly.
- Click, compose the message, and send.
- Add Notes:
